Note - The tree of ppool_1 has this census record tied to the Thomas who is married to Lovie Twitford (household of Lovey indicated above). This Thomas was born 1750, dies in 1823. Problem though, that would make him 60 in this census, too old for 26 to 44 range. The fact that Lovey is in a household by herself would suggest her husband, Thomas, died before 1810.

Possibly this Charles Willis in La Prote County, Indiana in 1850? NY birthplace might be a mistake. Previous generations of Willis left Caroline County, Maryland and went to Union Co, Indiana. Search of census records give no indication as to where this Charles might have gone.
